About This Piano

Steinway uprights are valued for their responsive touch, tonal depth, and ability to produce a remarkably full sound from a more compact cabinet.

The 43″ example offers a warm, expressive voice with clarity throughout the keyboard, making it equally well suited to everyday playing, teaching, entertaining, or a dedicated home music space.

What makes this piano especially distinctive is its Louis XV-inspired cabinet. Flowing curves, cabriole legs, carved detailing, and the decorative music desk give the instrument the presence of a fine piece of furniture. The cherry finish enhances the natural grain of the wood and offers a softer, more traditional alternative to a standard ebony cabinet.

The piano is also equipped with a legacy PianoDisc player system, allowing the instrument to play automatically and adding another layer of versatility. The system is discreetly integrated into the piano so that it does not detract from the character of the cabinet.

For someone looking for the heritage and sound of Steinway without the footprint of a grand piano-and who wants something visually far more distinctive than a conventional upright-this is an exceptional option.
